Brussel sprouts always taste better after frost don't they. I wonder how they grow here so well because we don't have frost.

Mine too are sitting g outside in the garden, they are nicer with a bit of frost on them. I have some pancetta in the fridge, I’m thinking I could add that or might wait until Boxing Day with left overs.
