Webs

“Webs are made mostly of spaces. They break easily. They barely exist. They belong to the category of half-things: mist, smoke, shrouds, ghosts, membranes, retinas or rags; and they quickly fill up with un-things: old legs and wings and heads and hollow abdomens and body bags of wasps.”
~ Alice Oswald~
I know how hard it is to focus on a web which is almost nothing as the poem you quoted says. The background bokeh adds to the picture.

@dbj_365 Thanks so much, Joe. You know how much I loved Daweenie, and she's taken her project down. Who does that?

Nice web shot, and I'm just fine with there being no spider in it! ;-)

Thank you all for commenting on my photo of the spider web. I had to take several shots to get it because the sun was in the lens, but the sun made the bokeh, so I kept trying.
