The Little Shrine Devoted to Pete Lopez

Pete Lopez was a friend of our next-door neighbor who told us about this little shrine by Socorro, New Mexico. Pete was murdered and had many bullet holes in his body when it was found. The murder is unsolved to this day.

Thank you so much for commenting on my photo of Charlie looking at the little shrine dedicated to the murder victim, Pete Lopez, whom we did not know but our next-door neighbor did. I chose this photo because Charlie is in it so it shows a sense of scale of how tiny the shrine actually is.
