@maggiemae - different focus for me - but today poured all day and I had housework to catch up on. We went for a drive thinking there would be inspiration - but it was too wet to even get out of the vehicle. I loved the colors though.
Oh gosh.... we are in litres here. 3.78 iitres to a gallon... so in Sydney at the moment petrol is $5.48 per gallon.. pretty bad huh! Oh and love the vividness of the shot Jan
I have an old photo from 1966, in Texas - and gas was 19 cents a gallon. Who ever thought those random shots would be so interesting. And that we would put up with the oil company's prices just so that the big shots could have zillions of dollars. Great shot!
@paul2782@steampowered - yes - it's high in the UK. Although, with my nearest decent grocery store being more than 20 miles away, it would be pretty prohibitive to drive much if we had UK prices over here. For the great majority, services are not within walking distance, and bus routes outside urban areas terrible or non-existent.
We do have it good relative to most other places, but that doesn't stop people from complaining, does it? This is a fun shot! Great night time photo. So clear and very vibrant.
