Sweet Bargain

Just a couple of streets over this stand sells 'self serve' peaches. They are seconds and for just $2 you can fill a bag. You pick out the peaches then deposit your $2 in the box. The minor spots and blemishes don't affect the taste...a real sweet bargain.

I would love to have a place like this to go to and get bags full of peaches. Nice capture. Where do you live? Just saw above that you live in Canada. Bummer as I would be there in a heartbeat making peach cobblers and shakes. YUM.

We have a lot of fruit also, but nothing like this. Nice that they make use for what some may throw away as they stick to their prices unfortunately.
