Love the diagonal swoop of water that leads the eye to the tiny pool of frothy white. But then again, white by itself commands the eye. I suspect it's both. I keep looking back and forth. Wonderful shot.
@darsphotos A long exposure that's what does it. A second or something like it, so in the daylight you have to have very dull light, and or stop the camera way down, put a Neutral Density filter or a polarizer on the lens and keep the ISO very low. A tripod is a good idea unless your hands are very steady or your lenses are Image Stabilized.
