Light & Water

I love this and have to learn how to photograph smooth water like this. Amazing and if it is simple, can you please explain how you did this? FAV

Love the diagonal swoop of water that leads the eye to the tiny pool of frothy white. But then again, white by itself commands the eye. I suspect it's both. I keep looking back and forth. Wonderful shot.

@darsphotos A long exposure that's what does it. A second or something like it, so in the daylight you have to have very dull light, and or stop the camera way down, put a Neutral Density filter or a polarizer on the lens and keep the ISO very low. A tripod is a good idea unless your hands are very steady or your lenses are Image Stabilized.
