Good one! For a more defined sun flare, try using a high (22 was suggested) aperture and keeping a lower ISO. Shooting in Aperture Priority (AV on your camera) will allow the camera to select the shutter speed.
@jb030958 No. Change the dial on top to AV, then you have to press another button to get to the Aperture and ISO to adjust them. Easy to do, but I would suggest checking it out on the internet. May have a YouTube video or instructions that are easy to understand. When I graduated from a more automatic mode, I used this setting all the time. Still use it a lot.

The challenges sound fun and seems like a great way to learn more, too. There are a lot of short YouTube videos regarding ISO, shutter speed, and aperture that give good tips.
