The white/grey one is actually a bit broken. The grey part is supposed to be wider it's rubber like a spatula would be. I need to replace it because I'm not using it the way it is because more rubber may come off in the mixing bowl! I use the other one instead. It probably has some special use but I don't know what it would be. I should read the manual!
I don't have the professional model, but one thing I don't like is how difficult it is sometimes to get everything mixed up. I have to scrape not only the sides but the bottom too to make sure everything is incorporated. I guess that's the case with all mixers. But a paddle with a spatula built in might be a good thing.

Hi Kathy, it does help but the bottom still needs some mixing by hand I find.
