I'll bet they'll be great. I like the oats sprinkled on top and curl where the dough was rolled out into a loaf. I cut recipes out of Sunday's paper for some breads. Little actual hands on work but long resting time after the dough is first mixed. Didn't read them well enough to know if they are baked on a sheet or in a dutch oven.
