72/365: Mercat de la Boqueria

Market stall offering fruits and juices to take away, to get one's strength back in a healthy way. The "Mercat de Sant Josep" aka "Mercat de la Boqueria" is one of the most iconic and most popular markets in the city. Its origins go back to a street market around 1200 A.D. From the Mediterranean to the most exotic products, it is a place worth visiting. You can see more photos in my flickr gallery album.
Nice shot - you've got this lit perfectly.

the stall contents are presented well, and with brilliant color and contrast, but i feel they are the routine sidenote to the real story, which is the expressions of the people, especially the individual most in the foreground. the moment is what makes this more remarkable, to me.

@ubiquitybutsomewhatdownsized thank you. I agree with you. I've diverted the attention deliberately leting the observer "to judge" the more or less interesting part of the frame ;)
