You are seen a mix of pastries from arabian style and french. I don't know why these madelaines are wraapped in plastic, maybe to take away, but I can assure that they are delicious. They were one of my choices when I was a child after school :)
@jborrases I'm used to much smaller madeleines. The palmiers, we have here too, the rest seems exotic to me ;-) I didn't get many pastries when I was young. But now I'm living with a patissier! Anyway, nice shot!
