Avocado

I like to make a salad with avocados, golden apples, tomatoes, "virgen extra" olive oil, a touch of salt and fresh squeezed lemon juice. That's enough for me and It is tasty. But, sometimes, I add some lettuce and tuna.

@ankers70 Thank you very much... I think that salads are good enough with 3-4 ingredients.
@boxplayer @joansmor @borof Thank you very much. I think It must be careful when mixing olive oil and avocados. Both are fats ( but healthy )
