St Patricks Day Afternoon at Ireland's Four Courts
On my afternoon walk, I was not surprised to see many people in green on St Patrick's Day. Eventually the outfits started looking more and more interesting. I finally realized that I was approaching an Irish bar. I probably could have gotten better shots inside or if I went back at night, but I settled for photographing the smokers congregating outside around 4pm.
At one point I was standing next to another photographer who asked if I worked for a newspaper. She works for the bar and was taking photos for their web page. This seemed like my best shot even though it was a bit overexposed. I'll have to look at the web page to see her photos.
Yeah. It was hard to get the colors right when I played with exposure in Lightroom. It doesn't help that I'm using an old monitor. I might play with it a bit more after I switch to a better monitor. On this one, the colors look pretty much the same in this shot as the ones that had correct exposure in the camera.
