My mother and I walked a 3 mile loop on Saturday and Sunday. It poured on us Sat so I kept my camera in a plastic bag during most of the walk. On Sunday, the sun came out and I took some photos.
Later in the day, Elfriede's neighbors told us about a waterfall and we drove the to the park and then hiked up a hill to see it. That is when Elfriede practically ran up the hill with me, leaving my mother behind. Her feet hurt a bit later but I was amazed at her level of fitness.
