@dogwoman A wild Red Tail is not gentle or sweet. They can't be in order to survive but unfortunately this bird was badly hurt when hit by a car when he was a "first year bird" so he never honed those wild skills. He is super sweet. It's not normal but he really is. He is one of the best education birds we have where I work and it's a privilege to work with this animal!
