It has been really cold here this week in Gallup. This morning people's phone apps were indicating it was 0 degrees. As I walked to the door of the building at work this morning there was this little bird, dead on the sidewalk. A few minutes earlier on the drive in I saw a flock of small birds fly over the highway and wondered how they were handling this cold. Apparently not all of them did.
