Last weekend I stumbled across a PrimeFilm 3600u film scanner at Goodwill for $6.99. I got it home and it was dead, but in playing around with trying to get it to run I found that the PrimeFilm 3650u does have software that makes it usable on Windows 10 machines. Found one used on Amazon for less than a tank of gas and I am now scanning away at some old negatives and slides.
