New Mexico is supposed to be famous for its Hatch Green Chile. I am not a native from these parts and to me a good chili has some peppers in it, along with onions, veggie soy crumbles, and a lot of beans.
Simmer in a pot for several hours and then dig in (after topping off with tabasco sauce of course)
