The pandemic has meant supply chains have stalled and the bike world has suffered for it. Add to that the number of people getting into biking has grown, and then the whole E-bike trend and it all has come to make finding a mountain bike in stock a hard prospect. I looked around in multiple places for a basic hard-tail bike, and finally ended up mail ordering it from Bikes Direct in Texas. They had a bike for the same price as what Diamondback listed it - but Diamondback was completely out of stock. I got thee bike in four days - not the 10 days they estimated shipping would take.
Nice location to photograph your bike. My Hubby broke the derailer off his bike….sheered right off the composite bike and could not be repaired. It took him 3 months to get a new bike. Fortunately a friend had just bought a new bike and lent him the old one.
