Always nice to see new faces here with new photos. This looks magical indeed. Have fun and enjoy your stay. Following and looking forward to more of your photos.
Yes, there are beautiful landscapes in Austria. Unfortunately, many regions have been developed for tourism - to the detriment of nature, their dignity and beauty.
But they are still there, the areas where there are no rough human intervention. There are plenty of places where you can experience the mountains in their original beauty. There are places where I can collect myself - away from the unrest in the valley.
It honors me very much if you remembered my photo to Chinese and Japanese prints. The classic Chinese and Japanese ink painting and print graphics I deeply admire. Timeless beautiful they are, in great simplicity these masters could put an excellent effect and expression.
This photo was taken with Nikon D5000. But recently I have a Nikon D750 :) . I bought a new toy. but I still have to learn to handle it properly.
A tripod I do not take with me on my mountain tours. Sometimes it would be very helpful, but the extra weight prevents me from. The weight of the camera and two lenses is already noticeable. In backpack on the mountain every gram counts. If you need to keep the balance at an exposed location, that could be decisive. In addition, a tripod requires a lot of space in your backpack.
Oh, thank you all for your so kind comments! :)
It makes me happy when I can share the beauty of the mountains with you!
Thank you for your nice comment, Saxa!

Yes absolutely. The mountains, nature as a whole reflect the life. And one of the greatest insights is this: We are all stardust...
