landing flight by jerome

landing flight

A wild bee flying to bamboo sticks. I attached them as a nesting aid for insects under the roof of the garden shed. In return, I expect help in pollinating the fruit tree blossoms. But it is just interesting to watch them nest building. In addition, their habitats are increasingly destroyed.
Bamboo grows abundantly in the garden. I am also making a wildflower meadow for the insects.
wonderful image, love the colours!

fabulous - such an unusual and awesome shot. I shall look forward to seeing what grows in your wildflower garden and some of the insects that you attract.

I love the story and the shot -- and that your image tells the story. I can't wait to see your wildflower meadow photos! I have some bees in my backyard but haven't figure out how to grow an environment conducive to drawing more bees to come and linger.
