This is nicely captured of an attractive girl playing the accordion rendered in black and white! She has an engaging face without a false grin. Black and white (or slight sepia tone) suits the image especially with all those black and white keys. My only comments for improvement is that the eye always goes to the lightest part of the picture, and there is a big white triangle on the righthand side at the top. I would try and loose that. Her face is in shadow and as that is where you want us to look, see if you can raise the shadows a tad and on her face only. Finally work on her eyes a bit to lighten them and see if you have caught a catch light. All these things are easy to do in post production with numerous software.
