NOT USED OFTEN

There are many boats in the West Kelowna marina but this one stands out most because it has the first berth as you come in...and it never leaves the dock. I have seen a guy cleaning the boat last week and wonder why they don't set sail on the lake. Maybe strong winds had something to do with it ?
