OM1 has the ability to store to buffer X number of images which are only committed to the memory card when you fully depress the shutter button. I've been playing! This is one of my second day's efforts, a Large White in flight.

@koalagardens thank you. I’ve a lot to learn. My last camera had this facility but I never played. Now I’m trying different focus area sizes, ISO, shutter speeds etc. And of course a lot depends on where the sun is in relation to my minute Triffid jungle. Hopefully by this time next year I’ll have it sorted!
Well done. I've used it a couple of times on my Mk2 when photographing birds but the results have been hit and miss. Like you I need to play more often.
