While at Dalhousie University for my first aid course, I found a plastic skull and crossbones and hung it on some caution tape stretched across a stairwell. But the stairwell didn’t really look to be dangerous to me – I made sure to assess the scene before approaching. It’s a first aid thing.
Edits: I just got my credit card bill, which reminded me that I paid for a subscription to Picnik. So I made sure to use a bunch of premium effects on this (gritty, vibrance, fancy focus). As usual, I did try to straighten it, but it still looks crooked.

Looks like a lovely dangerous doorway! It's not crooked, the skull isn't lined up with the centre of the door....throws your eye off a bit...only noticed cuz you said.
My cousin goes to Dalhousie for journalism :)
@shutterbugger ~ How silly of me. I tagged it as a doorway, but didn't include that word in the title. I've edited it into a 3-parter. And yes, I could've moved the skull over a bit - didn't notice that at the time.
