Only available in the Maritimes and Newfoundland (i.e., Atlantic Canada, but that doesn't start with an 'M'), and I think also in Maine. Jealous? I've had one and it didn't taste much different than the lobster roll I had at a respectable restaurant. Really. But I'm not a huge lobster fan, despite trying pretty hard to be.
I'm currently situated in Victoria, having previously lived in Beijing, Halifax, Chilliwack, Calgary, Vancouver and growing up in Northwestern Ontario. My aim with photography is...
What?! No Circlesplash effect?! Cool shot. Love the bird in there, as well. I don't think the words jealous and McDonald's go together......unless we're talking ownership. I may give it a try while down there. Two weeks and counting.
I'd be a little leery of lobster served at McDonald's for fear it's 90% reconstituted chicken and 10% imitation lobster meat but then I tend to think the worst of fast food. This is a fun entry for "m" and I like the bright yellow of the sign and the soaring bird. Perhaps he's hoping to get a leftover bite of someone's McLobster?
Weird. I'm totally allergic to lobster and I'm glad they don't have that here or I might have to give up my guilty pleasure like I had to do with taco bell when they got shrimp tacos!
@slang ~ Funny you should ask, I did try it but didn't like how it looked. Thought the screaming out yellow was splashy enough. ;) Geez, I hope I'm not wrong about them being all over the maritimes - I'd hate for you to be disappointed...and jealous of me forever for having had one!
@brizmako ~ It's more like a tuna salad sandwick...mixed with mayo and scooped onto a hotdog-like bun. Anything with lots of mayo just tastes like mayo to me.
