Weird pigeon-thing (taken today) on the left, normal pigeon (from my archives) on the right. I think the bird on the left might be a starling-pigeon hybrid. I'm kidding - kind of. Disease? Malnutrition? Coated with oil? There were two weird ones hanging out at the library amongst the normal pigeons. They weren't moving around very much.
