On the waterfront this weekend, there were vendors set up in the parking lot of a high-end shopping area/condo complex to "channel the spirit of traditional European Christmas markets". It didn't look to have gone over well - not many vendors and not many shoppers. But Santa was there and this carousel too. The ad for the market indicated that the carousel was "not just for the wee ones", so I did not at all feel embarrassed for going on it. There were 3 kids and a mom on horses behind me. Yes, the metal horses were cold.
I learned today that my new haircut does not hold up to being in a toque all day long. But will it pass the bike helmet test tomorrow...?

lol - I got kicked off the horse at West Edmonton Mall, apparently only the kids are allowed on and the Mom's have to stand beside them. Silly rules. Love love love your focus here.
