Taken at Covehead Bay, PEI National Park. I've finished my Kodak Gallery photo story archiving for 2006 & 2007. Four years worth to go....
I've been looking into picnik alternatives and someone has suggested befunky.com. It has some good things, but it's not picnik. The sliders are super touchy - I moved the exposure down ONE increment and the result was the deep shadows you can see around the lobster traps. I think the exif info will be gone, but too soon to say. Also, you can only save a very low res image using the free version. I can't remember if picnik is/was like that since I have a membership. A membership which will supposedly be refunded. I'd rather them charge me more and keep the damn thing around....oh well; google has much deeper pockets than members do.
Edit: Yep, exif info gone. Taken 17/10/2007 2:21PM! Point and shoot, so I'm sure you're not interested in all the rest...or the date, even. ;)
I'm currently situated in Victoria, having previously lived in Beijing, Halifax, Chilliwack, Calgary, Vancouver and growing up in Northwestern Ontario. My aim with photography is...
@jgoldrup I haven't touched picnik since I got it. I love it! I think I did use it once or twice. One for a cross process fix, the other for a watermark. Get the free trial...I'll bet you'll love it!
Ooooh, that sounds promising! And I don't watermark, so that maybe just leaves need to 'crossprocess fix', which I could do with ipiccy or befunky I suppose. I'll try to make that my next weekend mission of getting it downloaded.
