Why shouldn't you back in? I guess they expect more people to overshoot the mark while backing in rather than driving in. You can't tell from the photo, but the parking lot is raised; there is a drop off beyond the fence to another parking area below. No matter how low to the ground I got (i.e., lying on my stomach), I couldn't prevent a flash shadow. Hence the black vignette-y edit.
