This is definitely one of the favourite parts of my job - planning games so I can use them as part of my Agile workshops. I believe that we learn much more when we’re involved in fun activities. I’m going away on a business trip to run two days worth of Agile workshops, and I’ll be treating the delegates to quite a few games and loads of learning experiences. Definitely beats reading PowerPoint slides 😱
