Weeds in the gutter

Weeds in the gutter are looking like a
Christmas Garland laid out.
I know the sun makes weeds grow fast but this looks like it hasn't been done for a while.

@brennieb @30pics4jackiesdiamond I actually saw the workers clearing some weeds. Two of them. In which case they will never actually clear all the weeds before they regrow again.
