Not all bites are equal

Went to 3rd Street Promenade in Santa Monica. Graduation party at Bucca di Peppo. Saw the this picture on the wall. Third one on the right. What is that? Couldn't take my eyes off the spaghetti bite she took. Reminds me of a scene from the Exorcist.
