All Attention Seekers, Hollywood Blvd Shows No Love!!!

Only two people are taking notice of the tall guy with red dragon wings with swords in the middle of the day on this incredibly busy street in front of the GAP Store. Kid in the stroller and the lady with the peach top. Only on Hollywood Blvd this guy would get no attention.
