5th Book of 2017... Wow! I LOVED this book!
The author does an incredible job developing the characters and the story of the ethnic minorities, or the hill tribes, of china who cultivate tea, specifically Pu'er tea. One family's story of their lives, customs, beliefs, and rituals and how the western world collides with theirs in many, many ways... both personally and through the tea.
Honestly, one of the best books that I have ever read! Captivating, enticing... Never a moment when I didn't want to pick it up and read for hours!!
WOW! I LOVED this book... I think you will too!
