4th book of 2012… Beautifully written story about a mixed culture couple here in America who travels to the husband’s native India to adopt one of the millions of discarded female babies from an orphanage in Mumbai. The author does a great job of invisibly connecting the two families over several decades. Authentic, touching and emotionally charged. Great Read!
