-went to see a doctor today-not too happy 'bout it but ain't got no choice-therapy, chiropractor and acupuncture doesn't seems to help me anymore- might have a spine problem (?)but to be sure, have to do either X-Ray or MRI. For almost 2+ months now, i've been suffering from this excruciating lower back pain- hopefully test result will be negative. This is the reason why sometimes I skipped to view and make comments on the projects-hope you'll understand- promise to make it up as soon as I feel much better. Thanks everyone for your continued support:)
oh no! chronic lower back pain is awful :( i do hope they figure out the root cause and get you some proper treatment... please do look after yourself!
Don't sweat the commenting thingy... your back is much more important than that. Everyone completely understands. Just do what you need to do and take care of yourself, as you have to do. Lower back stuff is awful. I am so sorry to hear about it. Hang in there and know that we appreciate your work, as you have time and ability, but no pressure.
so sorry to hear your back is in so much pain.... From a fellow back pain suffer, I know how terrible that can be...Hope they can get you fixed up and back to 100% real soon Joey! Hugs!
How dreadful for you Joey. I hope you can get sorted soon. Back pain is so nasty and uncomfortable. Take care of yourself and do things at your own pace.
I sure hope that your back problems can be corrected and you'll be back on your feet in no time... don't worry about commenting, understand completely. Saying a little prayer for you...
If there is nothing major, acupuncture is most effective, and reflexology, that completely cured my lower back pain. After the pain is gone, daily exercise to strengthen the back muscle will maintain it.
So sorry to hear about your back pain, I hope all is ok, and the problem gets sorted, Take care and look after yourself! Sending get well wishes x Back pain is awful I have suffered a few times and it's not nice. So hope all gets sorted SOON x
Praying for you, my friend. It is so hard when something like your back is in pain. Take care and I hope that the doctors can take care of you or that it heals on it's own very soon!
I can understand your suffering, Joey. I hurt my back when I played football and was 2 months out. They I hurt it again when I was around 35 and the x-rays showed I had a bent vertebrae. After many, many years and another bout of pain, I took new x-rays and was told the spine had straightened. I rarely suffer now. Wishing you that there is nothing serious and that it gets sorted out soon.
Heartfelt empathy from one with a chronic, albeit less severe, problem (although it's seized up completely a couple of times). So sorry to hear you are in so much pain! Hope all goes well, thinking of you.
Sorry to hear about your back. Hope you find the solution. At the age of 35 I had major spinal problems and was helped by a yoga practitioner who taught me exercises to strengthen muscles which hold the spine erect.
Later in life my neck and shoulder muscles had to be toned too.
I wish you luck in finding the cure.
Joey.....I'm sorry you are still dealing with this...nothing worse than chronic pain...I didn't see massage therapy on your list...that might help... remember horses not zebras! Take care!
I feel like I'm at the doctor's office. LOL Cool shot. I'm sorry you are having so much pain in your back. I hope the tests will be negative and also hope your back will feel better soon and the pain can be resolved.
My hubby is going through the very same thing, so I understand very well what you're going through and sympathize. I hope they can find a solution to alleviate the pain. Hey, that's a pretty cool shot of the doc's office.....clean, clear and clinical ;-) Take care, Joey and will say a prayer for you.
Poor thing, know how you feel but started swimming and it sort of yanks things back into position. Might be worth a try? Hope you feel better soon. p.s. you photo gave me goosebumps!!
I say try yoga and long deep stretches, but I'm sure that you've heard that 100xs before, but I'm serious. I was a gymnast for years and my backs f*d up, buu I found that doing I doing yoga and stretches make all the difference in the world. Also, if you can join a gym that offeres both sauna and steam room and do some stretches in there.....true therapy.
Sorry about the back pain, it can be debilitating. Like others have said I found/still find stretching one of the best ways to help. Hope the diagnosis is good take care and I like the shot
Awwww..so sorry to hear this! Your health comes first and we will all be thinking of you and waiting patiently if we don't hear from you or see you wonderful images. Take care!!
Joey, as so many people have already said, you come first.....we will still be around once you are well. The oddest thing that has helped my back is sleeping with a pillow between my legs (I'm a side sleeper)
I do hope you do not have to resort to drastic cures. As above I hope that maybe you can find relief from a good sports masseur or strengthening exercises.
that's terrible. I didn't think this was your picture. Back pain is so awful -- whether or not the underlying issue is "serious", the pain always is. You've certainly caught the clautrophobia and starkness of the modern doctor's cubicle.
You're what's important Joey. Don't worry about us. Just get better. Prayers winging your way from this side of the pond, and if you don't mind big hugs from me!
Poor you! Hopefully they'll fiind the reasons and it will be something easy to fix! I know from experience how exhausting and trying backpain is and I hope you'll get better soon!
So sorry to hear about the back pain thing... I get flare ups in my neck and shoulders and know how excruciating and debilitating it can be. Take care of yourself first, and don't worry about commenting at all. I hope they can determine what is going on soon so that you can get some relief. A friend of mine had back surgery (also lower back pain, and could barely walk), and three weeks later she is up and about, and functioning without pain! It is amazing what they can do these days! Hope you are feeling better!
Hope your are out and about again before long and brightening up our lives. Take care.
Later in life my neck and shoulder muscles had to be toned too.
I wish you luck in finding the cure.
