@nanderson thanks, Nancy-he was shooting the " morning" moon- 'twas really gorgeous, was brightly lit up from the sunrise behind him, I tried too but not easy with my point and sh**t camera-:)

Some equipment. must be heavy to carry around. I do most my pictures with my P/S. even my 75-300mm canon lens is too heavy for me to have around my neck. Great candid shot.
