I've been wanting to try long exposure with car trails for a long time. There's this bit of highway downtown that I've always liked the curve of and thought might be a nice location, and I scoped it out a bit yesterday.
I was very happy to see the sunset was most vivid in that general direction tonight. The image isn't perfect but I'm pretty happy with it!
@kaliecos@kaliecos Thank you! Traffic was a bit slow, especially on the right side of the image... I wish it was redder. I managed to get a 30 second exposure by setting the ISO to 160, aperture to f/16 (both as extreme as they allowed) and finally by adding a 6-stop ND filter.
