This has some potential! Good seeing! The picture is where the woman in blue & the reflections are. I would either do a letterbox crop or take out the top including the buildings, trees and bland sky. If this was shot in RAW you could play around with contrast and selective clarity to make this picture really sing! You may find that if you cropped the top off there is still a small portion of sky left in the middle. If you are clever you would clone a bit of the background into that blank space. I hope you don't mind the critique?
