We spent some time yesterday digging out a plum tree and then pouring lots of bags of soil conditioner and topsoil and then digging it all in. We then re-planted the witchhazel and also a box plant that we had in a pot for about 5 years! Also some scabious and some cuttings from last year. We just have to wait for it all to flourish and fill the bed now ....
