We went to a book launch in Oxford at a bookshop/cafe/bar called The Albion Beatnik (why I do not know) in Jericho. We had a very good time with wine chatter and were treated to readings by the authors contained in the book. A friend of ours was over from Ireland to read some of her contributions to the book. A bit of a mish-mash of a shop, but quite 'hip' or 'cool' or whatever!
