Hello Delboy, this was achieved in-camera as a double exposure. The first one was an out of focus shot and the second was focused as sharp as I could get on the subject. All I did in post was desaturated an area of the background. BTW I don't use PS I use Affinity Photo.
@jon_lip Thats great better than anything I've ever achieved with the Oly in camera.Does Affinity have lots of bells and whistles or is more user friendly

Most of the effect was done in camera. I only desaturated the background a bit so that the flowers stood out from the overall green. Affinity has got all that PS has got (with a few minor exceptions that I wouldn't use anyway) and once you own it - it's yours forever including lifetime updates! What's not to like?
