No visit to Ryde, Isle of Wight, is complete without a pilgrimage to The Chocolate Apothecary on the seafront. All the cakes and chocolates are made on the Victorian premises. The Florentines are especially good, although maybe I shall suggest less sugar in the hot chocolate drink next time.
