Sometimes when JT comes home from school, he doesn't want to just run into the house, but instead will run over to his grandparents' house saying "Ooowah! Ooowah!" This phrase pretty much names anything that jumps: rabbits, kangaroos and, in this case, frogs. Here he's holding the little porcelain frog - now a little worse for the wear - that lives in a small potted garden near his grandparents' steps. Despite the rough condition of the poor frog, The Captain does try to be gentle with it and will frequently, gently place it back in its "home" in the garden.
