The Captain seems befuddled by a conundrum of his own choosing. In one hand, a "stahfsssh." In the other, a "ssssonge." How do they relate? Perhaps it was the "anana," not pictured, that was the connection. Or perhaps the song his mother made featuring only the words "starfish," "banana" and "sponge." Regardless, this quick shot is made passable by the awesome subjects.
