Diego has taken to vacuuming the house. No, not with a toy. With a real, hand-held vacuum that he somehow manages to hold onto despite it weighing about half as much as he does. Seeing him lumber around the house and suck up pine needles and cat hair is both awe-inspiring and rather exciting. A kid that enjoys chores? YES PLEASE LET’S HAVE THAT. Now I just worry he’ll soon ask for an allowance...
