Diego’s older brother won this blow up alien toy at a fair back in the spring of 2018. It made for some good photos the day of the win, becoming a fifth member of our family for the drive home and subsequent play at home. But it you were to tell me that months later I would still be blowing up this thing and that the boys would still love it, well, I’d be doubtful. Sometimes I marvel at the fact we have a PlayStation 3 that had been played exactly five times over two years, but then there’s this goofy five dollar prize that continued to delight the kids. In this shot, the alien even made a break for the downstairs, rare as his home is up in Justin’s room. Obviously he didn’t make it too far before being tackled and hugged.
