This is Seward Johnson's God Bless America sculpture which was inspired by Grant Wood's American Gothic painting. It is on display outside of the Dubuque Iowa Museum of Art until April 4, 2011.
The sculpture is 25 feet tall and weighs 30,000 pounds!
