My baby turned 7 yesterday! We got his a DSi which is the only thing he wanted. When he opened it, he looked shocked that he actually got it. He apparently did think we would buy it. He looks serious here, but he will laugh and whoop, and talk while playing.
Now here's hoping that "I" can deal with it, and it won't be a source of conflict between us. We found out that you can just close it and it will go into sleep mode and save your game for up to a week if it's fully charged. That should help. Because I don't mind him playing, I just want him to turn it off when I say so!
My kids love their DS's...they come in handy on long trips! BTW, just noticed that you are 99% complete on your project with only 3 more photos to go! WOW!!
You were very thoughful for him. Having raised two sons I knw what you are in for. However, keep him busy with all sorts of interests and he willl be fine. Nice shot and thx for the fav. Very nice of you.
